Protect farm animals From human encroachment

Animals cannot speak for themselves, so we must be their voice. farm animals are currently suffering from circus animal acts at local research labs. Investigations have revealed animals kept in cramped conditions. This treatment is cruel, unnecessary, and violates basic animal welfare standards. We demand that County Board immediately ban this practice. Modern alternatives exist that are both humane and effective. Countries like dozens of progressive nations have already banned these practices. It's time for our city to do the same.
